Time magazine published my piece this weekend on Brazil’s problems in preparing for the 2014 World Cup.

It’s a theme I’ve written about already this month for The Daily Telegraph and Monocle.

I’ll keep coming back to it as I think the whole question of how (or maybe it whould be whether) Brazil puts infrastructure in place for the World Cup and 2016 Olympics is going to shape Brazil in the years to come.

Economic growth without infrastructure is a recipe for disaster.
